Saab to Build Cars in Russia

Former Spyker shareholder and Russian banker Vladimir Antonov has stated that a deal is in the works to build Saabs in a new plant in Kaliningrad in Russia. Saab Moving to Royal Oak After All

Last fall Saab negotiated with the upscale Detroit suburb of Royal Oak to have its tax burden forgiven in exchange for locating its North American headquarters there. That was before the deal to sell it to Koenigsegg fell apart. Now it looks like all is good, according to the Detroit Free Press.
