The Saab 9-3 BioPower performance upgrades are now available.

1.8t BioPower 150hp/175hp -> 195hp/195hp

2.0t BioPower 175hp/200hp -> 200hp/215hp

After the upgrade the engines will produce up to an additional 45hp on petrol and 25hp on Ethanol and a maximum torque of 310 Nm and 330 Nm respectfully. The increased torque is available over the entire RPM range, and thanks to the fast-spooling turbocharger, the engine has a quick and smooth pedal response. In addition to the improved wide-open throttle performance, part throttle fuel consumption could be reduced, so that not only does the car become more spirited to drive, it also consumes less fuel under normal driving conditions.
